  • Unopened Items: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery only if they are in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.

  • Opened Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been opened or used.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Return Conditions

Refunds

Faulty or Incorrect Items
