Intended Use: All products sold by Brow By D xx are for external cosmetic use only. Please follow all application instructions provided on the packaging.
Sensitivity Warning: We recommend performing a patch test 24 hours before full application of any eye or brow product to ensure no allergic reaction occurs. If irritation develops, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.
Accuracy: We strive to display product colours and textures as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor displays, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen will perfectly match the physical product.

2. Orders and Payments

Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons of stock availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Payment Security: Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Brow By D xx does not store your full credit card information.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Shipping Risks: Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Brow By Dxx is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, our return policy is as follows:

Unopened Items: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery only if they are in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
Opened Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been opened or used.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
